As I have done yoga before can I join intermediate batch?
After consulting with VYS to ensure the program aligns with your skill level & goals. This consultation will help determine if you’re ready for the intermediate level based on your current practice.
What type of clothes I will have to wear for Yoga (Asana)
Wear any comfortable outfit that allows you to move freely and stretch easily during the session.
Do you provide Corporate Training?

What all would I have to carry for class?
Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.
